User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of Loomix, a device-side tool for weaving video clips, photos and audio into a multi-track timeline and rendering a finished video on this iPhone.

1. The service

Loomix runs on your device. Projects, source clips and rendered videos stay on this iPhone unless you export a finished video to Photos. Loomix does not provide cloud collaboration, accounts or cross-device sync.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loomix. By tapping Continue you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the clips, photos and audio you import or record. You are responsible for having the right to use that material. Loomix does not claim ownership of your timelines or exported videos.

4. Strands

Strands are a consumable in-app purchase. One Strand is spent when you render one video. Paid Looks also spend Strands when you unlock them. Purchases are processed by Apple. There is no subscription and no Restore button.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Loomix to create or store illegal, harmful or infringing content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or Apple’s purchase system.

6. Permissions

Camera, Photos, Microphone, Notifications and Tracking are requested only when a feature needs them. Declining a permission is accepted. Loomix does not send you to Settings to change that choice.

7. Disclaimer

Loomix is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every render will match a professional studio result. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost clips, failed exports or purchase disputes handled by Apple.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The in-app copy is the current version.
