Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Loomix handles information on your iPhone. Loomix is a local editing tool. It does not require an account and does not operate a public social feed.

1. Data on this device

Drafts, imported clips, recorded video, voice-over, display name, avatar style, unlocked Looks and Strand balance are stored on this iPhone. Deleting the app or using Delete account removes that local data. Log out only returns you to the start screen and leaves your drafts, photos and Strands in place.

2. Permissions

Loomix asks for Camera when you tap Record, Photo Library when you tap Import or Export to Photos, Microphone when you tap Record voice, Notifications after you continue past the start screen, and Tracking after you tap Continue so we can measure which editing tools you open. Each prompt appears at the point of use. Loomix does not read your photo library until you choose Import.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases of Strands are processed by Apple. Apple provides a transaction identifier so the app can add Strands on this device. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4. Tracking

After you tap Continue, iOS may show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, Loomix uses that permission to measure which editing tools you open. If you deny it, the app continues to work. There is no tracking switch on the Me screen.

5. No sale of personal information

Loomix does not sell your personal information. Clips and photos you import are not uploaded to a Loomix server as part of the core editing flow.

6. Children

Loomix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The in-app copy is the current version.
